Overall I would describe my style of training as detailed and analytical. Every client has an online spreadsheet shared between us with his or her program in it. This spreadsheet is a program based on the client's goals, schedule, and ability. Every workout with me is a chance to improve in some way, no matter how small. Every time you go into a set, you will know what you must do in order to improve from what you've done previously. I work with clients ranging from once a week to five times per week, depending on financial level of commitment. But no matter the commitment level, my clients always know what they need to be doing in the gym, even when they're not with me.
A little about me... Born and raised in Florida, I graduated Florida State University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science (after first spending 2 years as a music major). I started my training career in 2013 at the school gym at FSU, training students and some faculty while simultaneously lifting with the FSU powerlifting club. After graduating, I worked at a health club in town for another 9 months before moving to NYC. After moving I got a job at a high end corporate gym in Manhattan, training lots of important professionals. This is where I really honed my craft. Surrounded by top notch trainers I took more certifications and developed my own formula and style - training over 100 sessions per month over my 2 and a half years there. I moved to Denver in May of 2018, again working in a high end health club, until I decided my client base was stable enough to start my own business (a dream for quite a while), CP Training.
