Philosophy:
Life is all about balance, and the same concept applies to your health. There’s no tricks, or secrets to reach your goals. It’s going to take hard work, discipline, and dedication. However, it’s important to remember that progress takes time. You will have good days, and bad days and I am ready to encourage you through each day. I am committed to meeting you where you are in your fitness journey, and creating a personalized plan to help you become more confident and empowered through your walk of life!
Bio:
My passion for Health and Wellness began as a young high school athlete. I was always interested in knowing more about how the body functions and moves. This interest drove me to complete my Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State. Throughout my years I have gained experience as a collegiate athlete, competing in half marathons, and other fitness competitions, and spent countless hours in gym settings. Not only that, but I have worked in a variety of settings within the industry, and with all types of people. Whether you’re a senior looking to lose weight, or a high school athlete looking to build strength, I am ready and excited to help you reach your goals. I am far from knowing everything, but I am committed to continue to learn, and grow. I really truly want YOU to live your best life! I want to encourage, empower and walk alongside you through your health and wellness journey!
