My background stems from healthcare IT. As a technical support engineer with McKesson/Allscripts for over eight years, I helped countless doctors and nurses resolve complex patient safety issues in various medical software applications (documentation, medications/IVs, orders, perinatal care, emergency care, health summary, etc.). While in healthcare IT, I realized my true passion was more healthcare than IT. I love helping people...
Now, as a personal trainer and nutritionist, I provide a holistic solution to help people take care of their health. I have a fitness background in powerlifting, bodybuilding, sports performance, tactical conditioning, weight loss, and corrective exercise, among other things. I enjoy helping a wide variety of people from high-performance athletes to the general population to special populations, including those with chronic and temporary health conditions.
My favorite client story
A hockey player was struggling with his deadlift. I helped him adjust the setup and liftoff so the weight was closer to his body from the start and as he lifted it off the floor. Within a few minutes, he could deadlift 315lbs with ease.
My favorite exercise
Deadlift. My personal record is 455lb.

I have been personally training myself for over 20 years. In the past six years I have been periodically training other people while working in my healthcare IT job. Recently I quit my healthcare IT job to become a personal trainer full-time.
