I absolutely love being stronger than the boys!! As a gymnast in my youth, I could always knock out more pull-ups than the boys and I wasn't afraid to show it!
As a trainer, I love helping women step into their strength and own it! There are so many different ways to get strong and be strong! I come across so any woman who are worried about getting "bulky", so they avoid lifting weights, which shape your body, boost your metabolism, and give you that lean and confident body! By building habits that create simplicity, progress and consistency you'll stay excited for more as you become more active in you health and fitness!
