However, the longer I have been in the industry I have started to realize that the greatest gift that I can give to my clients is ownership of their own happiness. My training experience
After Graduating as a Student Athlete (Baseball) in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from Colorado Mesa University i originally went into Physical Therapy. I soon realized that I also had a passion for personal training and felt like the marriage of the two was what I was meant to do with my life. I am nearly 65 years old and have been training with Michael for almost 3 years. I was out of shape and didn’t have the confidence with the way I wanted to live life. I wanted to be active in the outdoors, cut down trees, hike challenging trails, pick things up without worrying about getting hurt. My mobility and balance was poor due to a minor stoke and my poor physical condition. With Michaels skills I can do all these things. I have been able to eliminate blood pressure and calcium prescriptions under a Dr’s supervision. I am no body builder but I am in better shape then most men my age. I feel great and have confidence I can do the things I want to do. I highly recommend him for a whole health trainer
