I have over 12 years of experience in dance and circus arts which inspire my training. I have worked nationally and internationally as a coach and as a performer, training anyone from top performers, beginners and even people with incomplete paraplegia.
I decided I wanted to become a trainer when I realized guiding others to success is one of the most satisfying feelings.
For a typical session we start with our core then we will move on to different calisthenic and body weight exercises (sometimes with light dumbbells) to fully use our bodies in a wide range of capabilities.
For clients who want to increase flexibility and mobility we will do a contortion inspired workout focusing on building not only flexibility but endurance and strength in your flexibility.
