About Olivia

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a BS in Kinesiology and a minor in Exercise Science from Cal Poly SLO. My passion for fitness emerged through my love of running at the age of fifteen, and developed by pursuing other interests in backpacking, snowboarding and of course, lifting weights!

I works with women of all ages in all walks of life, whether you are are about to get married and want to look amazing for your wedding; you just had a baby, and are looking to rebuild your core and carve out time for yourself; or you are going through menopause and need someone to help you build muscle to manage the changes happening in your body. Regardless of what your goals are, my clients can be assured they will have a realistic and effective plan of action based upon their own unique body created for them.

I always aim to inspire my clients to push their limits inside of the studio, but to also educate them in the ever-changing science-backed research, so that they are empowered to take the tools they learn outside of the studio and better their lifelong journey. My approach towards fitness is geared towards not only the physical aspects of exercise, but the mental and spiritual ones as well.
