The orginal idea of Thor Strength began in 2014. I began by coaching fellow classmates in college. After college, I went to go work in the Bahamas as a divemaster for a year. While there, I built a gym on the beach for my coworkers and guests to use and created a user manual for all possible exercises and tutorials. I returned home to New York and jumped into helping open an Anytime Fitness. I was in charge of everything personal training. I always wanted to be able to coach, but having seen the behind the scenes work it takes to run a facility sparked my interest. After two years at Anytime Fitness, I decided to leave New York and ended up here in Littleton, Colorado. It took me about 2 years of working at VASA Fitness before I decided to move on and create my own fitness environment. I had enough clients to support myself, but I wanted to provide my clients a safe space. A year went by and then the pandemic. Fortunately, I had just moved into a townhome, where I started buying various gym equipment. The garage became Thor Strength and things grew fast. It grew to the point where I had to find a larger space. And in April 2021, I got the keys to my first location. Not long after, in August 2022, we grew into our current space now.
The goal of my training is to help others work through injuries or limitations and get stronger. You will find that our facility is stocked with just about every type of barbell you could think of; more than any other facility in Littleton, so that we can meet your needs where ever you are in your current fitness journey. Expect to work on improving your mobility and balance, strengthening your core and overall physical condition.
Our primary audience is anyone looking to feel stronger. But we also cater to those that are interested in or currently involved in powerlifting and strongman. I've been involved in strength sports for almost 10 years. I've broken various state and national records, and I even hold a world record! I'm confident that, in time, I can get you stronger.
My favorite client story
Everyone has a story to tell after some time. I've had clients say that they can get out of the car without pain anymore. Others say that they no longer need help picking up their dog food and taking it to their car.

My training philosophy
The main component of my coaching is getting YOU stronger. Strength is the key for me. Through this approach, I like to add core stability work, mobility drills as well as general physical preparedness (GPP) exercises.
My training experience
I've been coaching since 2014. I've worked with people ages 13-87, and everyone has gotten stronger. I've worked with clients with various shoulder, hip, knee and back issues. Through corrective exercises and overall strength training, I've seen many of these clients improve.
I've also been a competitive strongman since 2016 at the local, national and world level. As well as a powerlifter since 2019. I hold several New York and Colorado state records in both sports. I also hold a national and world record in strongman. In August 2025, I came 5th in the world for strongman.
