A professional dancer turned fitness trainer, Yvette's relationship with the joy in movement has been in the makings her whole life! From dance cardio, toning, HIIT, yoga, and sculpt yoga, Yvette pulls from many modalities of fitness to create the perfect workout for her clients' needs. A typical sessions includes rotations of cardio and toning circuits, finishing off with lengthening stretch sequences--all synced to an awesome playlist!
My favorite client story
I have this amazing client that thought she couldn't didn't have the accountability within her to show up to group class. I went on to lose that mentality and allow her addiction to endorphins and goals of weight-loss fuel her. I DM'd her every week asking her if she was coming to class, encouraged her to do the recording of class if she couldn't show up, and always checked up on her after class. She hasn't missed class in 3 months and has lost a steady 10 pounds and counting from my cardio classes! She explained that she LOVED the way she felt after class EVERY time. The fun upbeat tempo of class always brought her back. She KNOWS that the combo of a fun workout and great community holds her accountable to keep showing up, and she loves it.

Jumping jack! It's the perfect endorphin-maker! I am a cardio addict and a simple jack can get my heart pumping and turn any day around for me!

My whole training philosophy syncs hard work and fun. My clients stick with the programs I give them not only for the results, but because it is a genuine wonderful hour of the day. I just don't believe that working out needs to be punishment.
