My favorite client story

My favorite client story is in 6 months being able to rehab a client's knee from surgery (progressing from general discomfort to doing any exercise without pain) and increasing the client's overall strength almost double!

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise is the barbell back squat! I like this particular exercise for many reasons. The back squat requires flexibility of the ankles and hips. It requires a strong core/back to keep you positioned upright. Your hip flexors and quads need to be strong to drive out from the bottom portion of the lift. Needless to say this exercise is very challenging and being able to lift a lot of weight on this exercise is very rewarding and a lot of fun!

My favorite quote

"Weak thing break" Louie Simmons (Westside Barbell)

My training philosophy

I believe in 3 main principle: Hard-Work, Consistency & Evidence-Based. I believe you need to work hard at following the program while being pretty consistent overall. The program also has to be based in science to ensure results.

My training experience

I have 5+ years full time experience working as a personal trainer. I've worked with all different types of clients including: general fitness, senior, high school athlete, weight loss, bodybuilding, powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, kettlebell training, and injury rehab.
