I found Crossfit when I wasn't even looking for it and it has impacted my life in ways I never envisioned. I wasn't an athlete coming into Crossfit but I've discovered I'm capable of more than I ever dreamed and I view it as my job to bring that same enlightenment to my athletes. I've spent the last seven years honing my craft, working with a plethora of clients with just as wide an array of hopes, aspirations, and limitations. I'm a big believer in the benefits of functional training and the benefits it brings to those who consistently practice it. Training should be fun, meaningful to your personal goals, and varied. Life is more fun when you're able to tackle whatever is thrown your way and I'm here to help you discover your strength.
My favorite client story
A dear client started with me petrified, severely overweight, and certain she wasn't cut out for this approach to fitness. Not only did she shed weight and discover a love of lifting (especially deadlift!), she had a way to keep her motivated and sane through some of life's most demeaning challenges.
