I am a fitness enthusiat with 4 years of freelance training experience. I enjoy assisting my clients in increasing their overall health goals. I am able to apply by background of health, nutrition, general wellness, strength and flexibility training to any exercise program. A typical session with me lasts 1 hour starting with a 15 minute warm-up, followed by the workout as well as the cool-down. We will progress through a program to effectively reach your fitness goals.
