About Ashley

I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years and absolutely love helping people reach their goals and create a life and body they love. I have a wholistic approach with clients so I coach in mindset, nutrition and fitness. If you are looking for someone to just put you through a workout and send you on your way, that's not me. I put a lot of heart and passion into my clients getting to know who you are, your story, your obstacles and then help guide you on ways to train your mindset, your body and your relationship with food to create lasting results.

I love coaching individuals one-on-one in educating them on body awareness so that as we go through your workouts not only are we getting you the fit and toned body you want, but you also are learning what YOUR body needs so you can build a FIT LIFE and not just another quick fix program.


 


I am a huge believer that Strength training in the gym actually translates into strength training on the inside and my clients walk away with more confidence inside and out when they work with me.

I specialize in functional training, weight loss, athletic training, crossfit style training, circuit training, dumbbell workouts, at home workouts and so much more!

I was at the heaviest I had ever been in my life at 178 lbs. I was determined to lose weight and had investigated different gyms and trainers, most of which out of my price range. Then I found Ashley! She was very affordable and willing to work with my busy schedule. I started eating clean and working out with her three times a week. I had never lifted weights in at first a it had been years since I ran a mile. On one of my first workouts, I remember just walking a brisk quarter of a mile and getting winded, but in early December I ran my first 5k! I have lost 35 lbs and went from a size 12 to a size 6. Ashley has not only helped me get started working out, but she has helped me to stick to it. It's so helpful to know another person IS going to be meeting you and pushing you to what you don't think you can do. Ashley is very patient, understanding and encouraging. She mixes up each work out so I am not bored. One of my favorite things about Ashley is that she has never weighed me. She puts more emphasis on how I feel about myself and how healthy and I am. It is freeing to not be looking at the scale every day. I truly thank God for her and how she has been with me on this journey to being healthy.

l started one-on-one personal training with Ashley 22 months ago when I weighed about 230 lbs.. I remember I would breath heavy just trying to bend over to tie my shoes, I could not walk anywhere close to a mile outside without stopping for a rest every few minutes. Being in my early 50's with a young daughter, I knew I needed to make a change with my health to see my little girl grow up and for my own quality of life. Now that I have been training with Ashley I have seen amazing results! I am now in the mid 180s and still dropping weight. I RUN not walk a mile in 8:22; I can easily walk 6 miles daily now with no issues. My diet is cleaned up. My blood pressure is lower. My endurance is the highest its been in my entire life. And I look and feel great! Ashley is the main reason I turned my health around. Her training program is on point and will not use any other trainer other than her. She knows how to motivate me to give the extra effort during training. And even though it is tough and I am pushed to my limit, I feel great afterwards!
