Brian has helped me with my flexibility. After 4 back surgeries, including a significant 10 segment fusion, I am now able to bend and recover from potential falls. The initial goal was increase my strength by 10% and then hopefully another 10%. I’ve already increased by that initial 10% in my first month, and we’re working hard on increasing my strength the second 10%.
