Hi! I am a Personal Trainer based in SWFL. I have been personal training for almost 4 years now! I specialize in fat loss, beginners fitness, functional training, mobility, and overall wellness! One of my favorite parts about being a personal trainer is getting to help others one-on-one daily until they reach their desired goals. I work to customize a plan that is going to work for you based off of you and your personal goals!
My favorite client story
My favorite client story is of a client that I trained inside of a facility. She was well overweight and have severe mobility issues from this. She wanted to feel better, she wanted to be able to move and she wanted to enjoy life. We started slow, workouts were only 30 minutes to start. Within a year, we had improved her mobility in such a way she was now able to finally lay on the floor and get herself back up without any assistance and had developed sustainable habits to last her a lifetime.
My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise would be the dumbbell romanian deadlift! It's a great exercsie tp build your glutes and hamstrings. And also your core!
