Hi! My name is Cassie. Fitness is one of my biggest passions. I enjoy all forms of exercise from running to biking to yoga and Pilates. I became a trainer in 2011 after beginning my own weight loss journey. I struggled with my weight for years and at my heaviest I was 183 lbs and a size 18 which on a short frame is a lot. After losing over 50 lbs and keeping it off I feel so much better and continue to be in the best shape of my life. I want to use my story to help inspire others. I know what it's like to struggle with weight and lose and gain over and over again. I want to be able to help others and be the support them the same way I was supported and continue to be in my own journey
