Devon has been my personal trainer for years. She is conscientious and motivating. Devon is concerned about proper exercise form ( tight core, shoulders back, etc), and there is no extra chit chat. When I have an area that needs special attention she introduces exercises into our routine to address my problem. I strongly recommend her.

I am delighted to write this note about Ms. Devon Peterson, who is my personal trainer. I am 82 years old and have the usual age specific issues of knees and shoulders pain. Devon has been superb about working with me to solve my physical issues. Devon has helped me lose about 15 pounds in weight and also helped me strengthen my knees and shoulders. I have been training 2-3 times a week with Devon, in addition to playing tennis twice a week and walking a couple of times a week. Devon's coaching /training has made it possible for me to continue this level of exercise without hurting me. I like Devon's work ethics which also motivates me to be regular and not miss any sessions. Her training routine for me is more for my age specific and not insisting on beating me up with overtiring routines. She listens to my challenges and finds new ways to help me solve any problems. I feel that Devon's training has made it possible to keep my tennis game at par with much younger tennis buddies. Devon is really easy to work with. It is not just the exercise but also having a good personality match to keep me encouraged and inspired to continue training with her. It is a lot more fun to work with her in person than virtually, although I don't have any real complaints about our virtual sessions also. I have also recommended Devon to my friends and relatives.
