About Erin

Hi my name is Erin, but you can call me Coach E! When I was a young child I remember always being active and playing all kinds of sports like soccer, basketball, tennis, and my all time favorite freeze-tag! It was later on in life that I fail captive to depression and food. After gaining nearly 60 lbs in my early twenties I decided it was time for change! I started my own personnel fitness journey about two years ago and never looked back! I committed to myself and my family to not only get healthier but be that prime example of living the 'fit life' its self. I wished I had a personnel trainer at the time telling me what and what not to do but through my mistakes I learned that a healthy body doesn't come easy. You have to put in the work each and every day to accomplish those goals you have! Later I decided to attain my ACE PT Certification so I could better understand the physical aspects of strength training as well as nutrition. I love meeting new people and listening to their fitness goals! I have trained clients at the gym, outdoors and even in the comfort of their own homes. A typical session can last anywhere from fifteen minutes to an hour depending on the clients current fitness level. I strive to focus on the quality of movement so I can accurately progress the client on to the next workout phase when they are ready. My passion for others to get fit runs deep and my hope is that through personnel training I can help all clients so they can experience the best quality of life while getting healthier each and everyday!
