My favorite client story
Can’t say that any one client is my favorite, because it would be impossible to choose, but one of the young kids I trained got to lose over 30 lbs of body fat all while gaining 10-15 lbs of muscle. Seeing him progress from a shy, anxious demeanor to a confident and very boastful attitude in the gym was really what showed me why I do what I do.
My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise is gonna have to be a Barbell Squat. Whether your goal is overall functionality, health, muscle size, strength, etc. a squat will get you there. Not only does it use your legs but it will increase your overall core strength to an immense degree.

My training philosophy
Always aim to give 100% focus and effort in everything you do. I don’t expect you to be perfect, or see an insane amount of results very quick, but if you’re putting 100% of your energy towards bettering yourself, you’ve already won.
