About Gina

Hi, my name is Gina. I have been a certified group fitness/trainer for 19 years! Spartan SGX COACH for 6 years and a Nutritionist. Food was and is a major part of our Italian lives, however, watching my mother in constant back pain and suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes, as well as having heart bypass surgery, it made me realize my life had to change. I wanted to be healthy and physically fit as an adult. Therefore, I have continued my life in the field of fitness. I started out as a volunteer instructor to owning a fitness club, I have been certified from anything that was trending and effective at the time… Tae-bo to Zumba to Pilates to Obstacle course racing. as well as a nutritionist. I hope to continue my journey by reaching more people that need guidance and a safe, exciting program.
