About Gwen

I’m Gwen, a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and I help women rebuild strength and consistency without extremes.

At 42, I know what it’s like to feel stiff, tired, and unsure how hard to push. Living with Hashimoto’s taught me that the all-or-nothing approach doesn’t work — and that pushing harder isn’t the answer when your body is asking for something different. What changed everything for me wasn’t more discipline. It was learning how to show up on the hard days, meet my body where it was, and keep going instead of starting over.

That’s how I coach. We build strength that lasts, improve energy and mobility, and create habits that fit your real life — not ones that fall apart the first time life gets full. No punishment, no quick fixes, no shame for the days you missed. Just steady, sustainable progress and a way to keep coming back.
