About Hanna

** Currently on maternity leave through November ** With a previous military background, a session with me is structured, informative, and empowering no matter what stage of fitness you are at! I taught group fitness and spin classes while serving in the Navy and have directed my focus to individual and smaller group personal training to better serve my clients needs. I love to work with beginners, those with moderate-level exercise experience, anyone looking to improve overall mobility and strength, and anyone in the pre/post-natal and pregnancy seasons of life. All of my sessions are child-friendly for times when childcare is hard to find!

My goal is not to be your trainer forever, but to help you gain the skills and confidence at home and in the gym to continue on after our sessions together!

I taught spin at my command while four years active duty Navy (2013-2017), personal trainer (2019-current), Pregnant and Postpartum Athleticism Coach (2021)
