About Skip

I have been involved in athletics for many years; playing soccer in high school, surfing internationally, weight training and running. At age thirty-two I began weight training and the following year began training for my first marathon.



At the age of sixty-three now I know the value of being in shape and can help you with your fitness needs whether you are a beginner, seasoned athlete, or somewhere in between.


I will train you at your home or office.

My favorite client story

I have been working for some time now with a client who has advanced Multiple Sclerosis. Together we have increased her strength and quality of life more than we imagined. She is a trooper and I will say works harder than most clients I have had. She is amazing and is an inspiration to other members of the gym.

My favorite exercise

My first choice personally is surfing but because there is not that much surf here I would say running and then weight training. As to my favorite exercise with clients it is overall strength training.

Years of training myself and others. I have helped with the training of MMA competitors, people of all ages to loose body fat and gain muscle and agility.
