Finished my Medical Doctorate at the end of 2017. Decided not to take the boards because I became discontented with 14 hour days and only getting to spend the smallest fraction of that time talking to the people I was there to help. I am now using every minute of my day meeting the needs of my patients and clients in a personal tandem effort to reach the goals we set. I'm a certified clinical exercise physiologist with a Masters degree in performance as well. My background aids in finding the root issues that most fetter progress, before initiating the functional fitness approach: range of motion, stability, mobility, strength and dynamic strength. This multivalent approach allows me to find joy in my work while using the furthest reaches of my education. Gone are the days of speed reading symptoms and spitting out a diagnosis in order to leave the hospital before 10 p.m. Those that train with me get the unique insight of both an exercise physiologist and medical professional.

Jared pushes my self imposed limits but also fully realizes and accounts for actual physical limitations. The result of this balance is I have grown in both physical strength ands mental focus to realize where the real limitations vs self doubt occur. Wanting to restore my overall health, lose weight and tone up, Jarad has been totally motivational giving expert instruction, backed up with helpful medical and nutritional advice. Results have been fantastic after only six weeks even with a knee injury. As someone who previously never enjoyed training, I recommend Jarad whole-heartedly, and he has made the journey less tough!
I started working with Jared several months ago, and through the entire time Jared has made sure to keep the workouts ever-changing and upbeat while still maintaining a professional atmosphere.
