About Jesse

I am a new startup company that is looking to help those just starting out in the world of fitness. My aim is to help to basic skills in movement and tracking eating. I aim to help my clients build habits that will last not chores. I became a trainer after losing my retired police officer father to weight related issues. Going through that tragedy inspired me to start my brand, The Fitness Hypothesis. In addition to that I struggled with my own weight issues and the feelings along with it. My approach to coaching is warm and encouraging. Together we will celebrate your victories and work to achieve your goals. The first step is always the hardest to make but it’s also the most rewarding. What would a training session with me looking? Initially if you have never stepped foot in the gym we will discus a the proper use of the different equipment and the different of workouts. We design a plan that works for you. If you don’t have time for the gym, we can talk about a way to do things at home. Working out is only a small portion of the plan. In addition to that we will talk about nutritional needs. My philosophy is simple. Everyone deserves the right to a healthy life. Understanding and help should be available to anyone regardless of circumstances.
