I was born and raised in Sarasota Florida and moved to Central Florida in the summer of 2003. I have my Associates of Arts Degree in Sports Medicine from Manatee Community College and my Bachelor of Science Degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida. I am certified with PTA Global, NASM and have my level one nutrition certification with Precision Nutrition. I absolutely love fitness and have been a board-certified fitness professional for over twenty years. I fell in love with fitness at the age of fifteen because I was born with cerebral palsy in which I lacked muscle tone, coordination, strength, balance and weakness on the left side of my body, and I wanted to improve on my weaknesses. I was also very skinny and lacked confidence. When I lifted weights for the first time my whole life changed. I felt good about myself. As I started gaining muscles and improving the coordination, strength, balance and muscle tone on the left side of my body, my confidence grew. With what I have experienced, and what fitness has done for me lead me to want to help others to experience for themselves what fitness can do for them in all aspects of their lives. I have trained many people with different goals, backgrounds, lifestyles, limitations and injuries. Today I specialize in helping people who may be a beginner, intermediate or advanced with in person or online nutrition counseling. My fitness programs are specially designed for everyone, providing them with strength training and cardiovascular exercise that will help them tone up, lose body fat (weight) and gain lean muscle. I help people reach their fitness goals in a variety of ways, such as one-on-one training, paired training, group training, boot camps and online fitness training to help them reach their fitness goals. My favorite exercise are deadlifts because you have to use every muscle in your body to do the exercise and it builds your strength, cardiovascular system and helps with flexibility all at once!

Every individual is different and each of us has our own baggage, stresses, fitness, health and personal goals that makes each one of us special and unique! I tailor my programs specific to the individual and each individual should have their own subscription for success!

During my train time, he is completely focused on me and keeps me motivated as much as I sometimes want to give up. I could go to any number of trainers within 5 min of my house, but I choose to drive 30 min to be able to work with him.
