Hi, my name is Ken Symanski and I am a certified personal trainer and co-owner of A Healthier Me, LLC. I have been working in my field for 8 years, and absolutely love what I do! Growing up playing organized/recreational sports at the age of 5 set the pace for my athletic drive. I started working out in high school at 13 to enhance my athletic abilities and make my body stronger, faster, and healthier! As I started seeing these enhancements everywhere, I started pushing myself more and more physically. I soon began competing in bodybuilding, fitness, and ultimate athlete competitions, as well as continuing my sports. Later on down the road I got into running by signing up for my first 5k race, which was a blast! After catching the running bug I pushed on to many 5k’s, 10k’s, half-marathons, and mud/trail races!
My mission as a personal trainer is to identify and help my clients reach their full health and fitness potential, as well as achieving their goals!
I have successfully trained a spectrum of clients; children, professional athletes, seniors, as well as average individuals. I am confident I can help you get to where you want and need to be!
Whether your goal is to burn fat, gain lean muscle, strengthen up your core, or live a healthier lifestyle, I would love to guide you in the right direction!
I believe in working with my clients at their own pace and progression, while also focusing on teaching proper form and safety. After our initial meeting I design a program specifically for you, based on needs, goals, and strengths/weaknesses. After all, no two people are exactly the same!
My schedule can vary from day to day as sometimes I need to flexible for my clients, and depening on the season it can be very full and/or all over the place. Should there be a certain time or day you need or prefer please don't hesitate to call or message me. I also have in-home clients which requires travel time.
