I have been training clients for 5 years, I want to know what you want to get out of the training. I want you to be able to stick with it. Give me 2 days a week to start. I will teach you skills and knowledge that you can take with you for the rest of your fitness experience in your life. Two to Three months of training is going to be satisfactory and then a week or two off, you can come back and continue or you can take with you all things you have learned in the experience and hopefully use them for the rest of your life in your fitness journey!!
