Dr. OC is my trainer for the past year. I have had multiple sessions with him on and off but when I am on a consistent schedule, the results happen! He rotates between multiple routines to make sure that various areas are targeted based on your needs. He is well versed in lymphatic massages and stretching therapy. I have had kickboxing sessions with him as well to break up our routine and it has helped me stay motivated. I highly recommend him a a personal trainer!
Kind, personable, supportive and knows how to really push you in the best possible way. OC’s knowledge and expertise in personal fitness training and occupational therapy allowed me a much better opportunity to both heal and get into shape. Prior to working with OC, I was concerned about working with a regular trainer as I required a lot of modifications specific to my unique pains and injuries from a past car accident. I wanted someone who encouraged challenges but I couldn’t risk hurting myself if a trainer didn’t understand my needs medically. OC helped me so I wouldn’t hurt myself while simultaneously pushing me to work to I get stronger and have more stamina. I highly recommend OC!
