About Pinky

My top priority is helping you achieve an active and pain-free lifestyle. I know that chronic pain can be debilitating physically, mentally, and emotionally. It also limits your ability and mobility to live a healthy and active life.

 

I empower my clients to break through the chronic pain cycle and redefine their health and fitness. I am able to identify the underlying root cause of their pain by assessing movement patterns and working with the whole body, not just the symptom. Our health is multidimensional so my approach reflects that. I utilize my proven 7-pillar system to get my client's health and fitness to the next level. My program addresses everything necessary to create and maintain an optimal level of health and wellness to include fitness, nutrition, and recovery, all of which are fully customized for each client.

My favorite client story

I had been working with a client both virtually and remotely for over a year. When we first met, he was at a low point in his life dealing with debilitating pain, depression, and weight gain for the previous two years. Once we got started, every week he was making progress. Eventually, we were able to reach milestone moments. He was able to walk further without pain, enjoy playtime with his daughter, lift weights again, and complete his first 5K.

He was a dedicated client and did the homework I gave him, which contributed to his steady progress. Not only was he able to leave with the knowledge of how to care for his body physically but also mentally, emotionally, and nutritionally. He stills reaches out to me for recommendations, advice, and to give me updates.

My training philosophy

To train efficiently, you have to understand how the body is moving. By observing every movement a client makes, it can tell me a lot of what's going on with the body, such as tightness, restrictions, strengths and weaknesses.

Pinky is exceptional. I started with her because I severely hurt my lower back, and after shots/Physical Therapy, I knew I needed more.
