About Rick

Exmilitary. I've always enjoyed training and the system that goes with it. Many of my brothers and sisters in arms were getting hurt through poor instruction and bad movement. From there I wanted to learn more about what goes into performing at one's peak and crushing what obstacles get in our way. Currently working my masters at the University of Florida in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology in Human Performance, I try to learn the best more scientific principles to get someone to their goals in the shortest time possible. I don't lead you to a carrot in hopes to eventually get to where you're going. I set you up with tools and knowledge for success and feel confident to continue the journey on your own.

I also do sports training/strength and conditioning for those who are at a high level already that need that extra push. I can take that young adult and bring them to the athletic performance they desire to start on that high school team in any sport. Conditioning, as well as speed and agility, will have them at the front for recruitment.
