About Robert

I’m Coach Rob Campbell — a Master Fitness Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, and Cognitive Behavior Life Coach with over 20 years of experience. As a Marine Corps Veteran and lifelong athlete, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people build stronger bodies, better habits, and unshakable mindsets.


After losing several family members, including my own father, to preventable health issues, I shifted my focus from just helping people look good to helping them live longer and stronger. I realized that real transformation isn’t just physical — it starts in the mind.

My favorite client story

My own Mother is my favorite client experience. She was willing to allow me to lead and as a result, after a back surgery, she lost 60 pounds with me and has been very disciplined to accept changes in nutritional habits as well. She now enjoys a healthier and more fulfilling life that is no longer a struggle to maintain...it's simply HER lifestyle at this point

My favorite exercise

I don't have a favorite exercise necessarily. I focus on what is the best solution at the time for each individual client. I also think it's wise to make the workout enjoyable just as I make it effective.

Coach Rob has coached me since I was a young kid. He has coached me for numerous sports including boxing and football and through his help l've excelled in all my sports endeavors. I'm a professional boxer now and Coach Rob trains me for that currently and we have been a very successful team getting great results from working together.
