I have always liked physical training, even since high school. It was there that I realized that my passion was to educate others through movement and exercise. You will always find that the most important focus in all my classes are the students and that they can achieve their own 100% within their possibilities. I have 23 years experience working with people between the ages of 13 and 70. During all this time I have been able to learn how different everyone really is, the different motivations which lead them to train, and that each student has a different learning path. Not all of us have the same level of physical condition when we start a training plan. The preparation and years of experience that I have achieved have been able to provide me with the necessary tools to develop individualized training plans. This experience has also given me the ability to listen to the students, observe them, correct possible technical errors and most important to offer them enjoyable and different class, which will motivate and encourage them.

Excelent The best personal trainner
I first met Romina circa 2007. At that time I took a random class in a Gym. I was immediately impressed with her class (it was a group class) since she always was able to mix aerobic and strength training in 1.5 h. After a few moths, I moved and it was impossible to get to that class due to my schedule. After a few years I got the news that she was opening her own training space. I did not hesitate to train with Romina again. I’ve trained with Romina for more than 5 years in her training space. She is amazing: very responsible, always on time, super organized and all classes were impressively entertaining. For those 5 years (I took 3 classes/week) I do not remember 2 classes to be the same. We worked in different formats and fitness strategies: strength circuits, HIIT, anaerobic and aerobic circuits, etc. She is not only a great trainer, she is caring and easy-going person. I highly recommend her.
I have trained with Romina since I was 18 years old (I’m 32 now) and was never bored, not a single class in all of those years. She taught my mind and my body that “everything was possible” even at my highest level of exhaustion. She is inspiring and challenging, definitely a person who does not settle. She will always get you out of your confort zone. I highly recommend her!
