I'm 48 years old and decided late in age I wanted to be involved in health and fitness for the longevity not only myself but for my family and friends as well. I have been practicing since 2016. It's definitely a lifestyle change. I've always had a niche for the way we eat and ways we can make our bodies feel better while we are in them. It truly is my passion of mine to help motivate women through their changing bodies as we age.
At my age, I'm discovering how I need to tweak my own regimen to feel better in my body. Every body is different.
