About Stuart

I'm Stuart Adams, the founder and CEO of Kings & Queens of Guru Fitness. With a lifelong passion for athletics and a deep understanding of the human body, I've dedicated my career to helping others achieve their fitness goals. As a natural pro bodybuilder and a Health and Exercise Science graduate from Rowan University, I bring a unique combination of expertise, experience, and enthusiasm to every training session. From my early days as a young athlete, I've been deeply committed to mastering the art of fitness, and this commitment has only grown stronger over the years


My favorite client story

One of my clients, who was initially hesitant to start their fitness journey, expressed that they never believed it was the right time or that they had what it took to succeed. Through consistent encouragement and providing the right tools—tailored workout plans, nutritional guidance, and a steady dose of motivation—they began to see small but significant changes. As their confidence grew, they started showing up with more energy and drive. Week by week, the results became undeniable, and they eventually embraced the process fully. What started as reluctance transformed into a passion, and now they not only feel stronger but also empowered to continue pushing towards new goals.

My favorite exercise

One of my favorite exercises is the deadlift & the low rack pull. This variation allows me to focus on the most powerful part of the lift—engaging the back, glutes, and hamstrings with precision. I love how it targets multiple muscle groups while allowing for heavier lifts, enhancing overall strength and power. The deadlift in the lower rack pull is a great way to improve posterior chain development while minimizing stress on the lower back. It’s an essential part of my training routine for building functional strength and improving athletic performance.

My favorite quote

My favorite quote is "keeping 100% with yourself," which breaks down to 80% eating properly, 16% consistency, and 4% the time you put in—just one hour a day in the gym. It’s a reminder that nutrition and consistency are the true drivers of success, and the time spent in the gym is just a small, but essential, part of the bigger picture.

My training philosophy

My training philosophy centers around balance, consistency, and empowerment. I believe in creating individualized programs that not only challenge my clients but also build sustainable habits for long-term success. Fitness is more than just physical—it's a holistic journey that includes mental strength, proper nutrition, and a commitment to growth. I focus on educating clients so they understand the "why" behind each movement and can take ownership of their progress. My goal is to help people become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves, both inside and out.

With well over 13 years of training experience, I’ve helped individuals both gain and lose weight, guiding them towards their fitness goals through personalized plans and expert support. I specialize in bodybuilding, with a deep understanding of the body’s capabilities, ensuring that every client unlocks their full potential. My passion lies in not only helping people transform physically but also empowering them to build confidence and strength through fitness.
