Her training style includes a personalized combination of strength, cardio, & mobility training, as well as nutrition guidance, to ensure that you reach your goals in a lasting and sustainable manner!
On top of in person training, Veronica also offers virtual training sessions via Zoom/FaceTime/Skype
Veronica holds some of the top certifications in the nation, has hands on experience with multiple different health concerns, has an educational background in exercise and health science, and is always learning about the latest exercise research!
Before training, Veronica likes to schedule a 30 minute goal & on boarding call, to make sure her & the perspective client would make a good team! She offers both 30 & 60 minute sessions, with discounted cash &/or bundle options!
