About Yvona

I have been a dancer my entire life and got my A.A degree in Dance Performance from Valencia College. Unfortunately I had a couple injuries that made it difficult for me to dance. I found the fitness and nutrition world and fell in love with what the body is actually capable of if you actually put the mindset into doing it. I am now a Certified Personal Trainer, Human Body Movement Specialist, Flexibility Coach, Nutrition coach and aspiring to be a holistic wellness coach. I help individuals become the best version of themselves not only through danve and fitness, but through nutrition as well. I love to incorporate my dance background into exercises to reach different muscles that we are not used to working! I specialize in healing injuries, as well as, preventing them.


My favorite client story

I have so many, but my absolute favorite is helping a client who has multiple metal rods throughout her body and used to have to take 4 muscle relaxers a day and is now down to 1! I have also helped my mother control her blood sugars and not have to rely on medications for her diabetes.

I have been training for 7 years. I still have a lot of the same clients since when I first started. It's more than just working out to me, it's building healthier habits for a happier life long term. My relationships with my clients are extremely important to me!

Yvona is a great trainer. I owe it to her for helping me stay active when we first got into this quarantine, especially when gyms were closed. She does an amazing job at showing you how to complete exercises with her easy to follow videos and hosts virtual workouts if you want more help. What really helped me was her recipe book that had plenty of healthy options for any meal of the day. I came out of the challenge with a better diet that I had been struggling to adjust to up to that point. You won’t regret working with Yvona!

Yvona went above and beyond to educate me on nutrition and adapting new eating habits along with juicing she knows I hate veggies so it is so hard for me to get what I really needed without juicing again I thought was going to be nasty but the recipes she gave me were actually really good and she made me videos sent them to me to work out at home I really recommend her she is passionate and caring to your needs and goes above and beyond
