Hi,
I have been a trainer among other things for roughly 8 years. I have a lot of experience working with a wide variety of populations from my time working in a commercial gym. If you know, you know…I was THE trainer at said commercial gym you wanted to get if you were actually going to get your money’s worth. No fads, no gimmicks with me. I give the cut and dry fitness journal approved advice, modify if need be, try to keep it as fun as possible, and you get out what you put in. I have success stories of 62 yr old women doing unassisted pull-ups for 10+ non cheat reps, cured tennis elbow, 15+ lbs of muscle gained on schedule, etc. Whatever your goal, I can set the optimal path. The only thing I can’t do is gate keep your refrigerator haha!
