We train in a garage gym. The types of clients that thrive under my programs are ready to do the work without concern with what the latest fads are. We train hard and have fun. We take training seriously, but not ourselves. Getting better should be an enjoyable, embrace being uncomfortable and embrace the process.
My training experience
After going through my own 100 pound weight loss journey, I decided to become a trainer to coach and inspire others to become stronger versions of themselves. Since 2010, I've worn many hats in this field: Personal Trainer, Program Manager, Boot Camp Instructor, Sports Performance Coach, Educator, Small Business Owner, Corporate Running Coach, as well as being a sponsored endurance athlete. Currently, I teach and coach at a small private school while running Fort Worth Kettlebell with my wife.

He genuinely cares about helping his clients meet their goals and has the knowledge to get them there free from injury.
