Mike has been training in the industry for 22 years and has a huge devotion to helping people find their love for fitness. He has a variety of specializations ranging from general weight loss, corrective exercise, injury rehab and prevention, body building and figure competitors, and sports performance enhancement training. Mike has spent the majority of his life pursuing fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. From playing football growing up and playing at a collegiate level, to finding his way to bodybuilding competitions, he has a huge passion for fitness. He became a trainer because he loves changing lives and helping others accomplish their goals, as he is a goal driven trainer.
