After struggling for years with being overweight during my younger years, I was motivated to make a change within myself. Via a newly adopted workout regiment and healthy eating habits, I was able to lose weight, gain muscle, and maintain this lifestyle for many years after.
This "NEW ME" was in good enough shape to land an athletic scholarship playing college football at Jackson State University, and later becoming a high school coach in multiple sports, where I managed the strength and conditioning programs.
Eventually I found my "why", my calling, my reason for being here. It is to help people!
I took everything I had learned from my personal fight with being overweight, and my experience with helping young athletes develop, and decided to enter the Health and Fitness Industry. Now I can inspire others to overcome the same obstacles that I once thought were impossible!

My favorite client story
Let's call her "Vicky".
Well vicky was about 40pounds overweight and was tired of the quick fix diets. She decided to take control of her life and get a trainer.
She knocked off ten pounds in only 6 weeks of circuit training and is now moving like a high school athlete.
My favorite exercise
My favorite quote
It doesn't take a lot of time... it just takes a lot of effort
My training philosophy
Take small steps.
Complete incremental goals.
Attack the long journey with a single step.
Success will come with the cumulative effect of a series of small victories.

Nick came to the house to work with my 79 year old aunt, who isn't very excited about exercise, and boy did he do a fantastic job! He had her exercising and happy about doing it - I am overly impressed and very pleased! He's got great exercises and even better people skills. She will have her strength back in no time! Thank you Nick!!
Nick is a great motivator and trainer. Nick has been doing a great job motivating me to do my best and pushing myself to get healthier. He is a supportive trainer who spends the time to give detailed pointers and point out risky behaviors to avoid.
