I am an ace certified personal trainer with 5 years of training experience in the military and as a civilian. Throughout my time in the military I helped hundreds people achieve Fitness levels that they never thought that they could reach. For 4 years I specialized in taking people that couldn’t meet the military fitness standards and pushing them to blow those standards out of the water. For the last year I have had the opportunity to grow as a personal trainer in the "real world" where I have worried with clients who had weight loss goals, athletic pliability goals, and people who had no goals at all and just needed to make positive changes.
Aside from personal training I am a full-time college student, studying for my bachelors of kinesiology. After achieving that, I plan to become a strength and conditioning coach.
Personally I train for spartan races, and I am making it my goal to win my first race within the next two years.
