Anthony Rumanes is a strength and conditioning coach, a personal trainer and a motivator. I have been in the fitness industry for 25 years, and I have been certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) since 1994. I also holds a Certificate of Completion in Training and Conditioning for Sports Performance, a Perform Better Functional Training Series Certificate of Completion and I am Pro- boxing Trainer.

My favorite client story

I have a client that I am currently work with, who has dropped from 275lbs. to 205lbs. It has taken a lot of nutritional counseling, as well as changing the workouts up based on the type of results are getting to attain the results they want.

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise is the Bicycle abs. Most people do not know how to do this exercise, as it is a specific boxing abdominal exercise that involves core, cardio, and balance.

My favorite quote

If it hurts , don't do it( this is referencing that if you are doing an exercise and it does not feel right on your tendons or joints, refrain from that exercise.* The only hurt you should have is the muscle burn to failure, to make sure you are training safe with no injuries.*
