Hi, I'm Cassie I'm a certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, proudly training women since 2018 — and recently, I’ve added dance to the mix! As a mom of four, I understand how challenging it can be to prioritize yourself, and I’m here to help women reconnect with their strength, energy, and joy through movement. I believe movement is more than just exercise — it's a tool for confidence, clarity, and happiness. Whether it’s a gentle Pilates flow, a sweaty strength session, or a feel-good dance break, I create personalized workouts that meet you where you are — online or in person.
