My journey into fitness wasn’t just about lifting weights — it was about lifting myself out of life’s heaviest moments. A couple of years ago, my world changed forever. I lost my father — a man who shaped my passions, values, and work ethic. He was only 66 years old. The real turning point for me came in my own backyard, when I found myself performing CPR on him. That moment was my wake-the-f**-up* call. It hit me hard that health is never guaranteed, and I knew I had to take mine seriously — and help others do the same. Since then, I’ve committed myself to transforming not just my body, but my mind. I’ve shed pounds of fat, built muscle, and developed the discipline and resilience to push through life’s hardest moments. That same mindset is what I now bring to every client I work with. Today, I’m proud to be: Certified Personal Trainer Bodybuilding Specialist …and I’m not stopping there. My training philosophy
My philosophy is simple: train for life, not just for the gym. Fitness isn’t about quick fixes or chasing numbers — it’s about building strength, discipline, and resilience that carry over into every part of your life.
I learned this the hard way. Losing my dad at just 66 years old was my wake-up call that health is never guaranteed. That moment made me realize how important it is to not just live, but to live strong, healthy, and ready for whatever life throws at us.
Because of that, I focus on three pillars in every program:
