About Christina
Hey, my name is Christina but people call me Kiki. It's a childhood nickname that my mom got from a guy she knew growing up in Puerto Rico. I'm a Latina who loves to dance, eat healthy and fitness. My happy place is the gym, or even working out at home with my daughter jumping in her jumparoo. I'm a mama to my first beautiful little girl and I worked out through my entire pregnancy all the way to a week before I delivered. I understand the changes mama's go through after having babies. It's a mental and physical battle. We are learning to love this new person, us. I currently live in the Atlanta area about 20 minutes away from downtown ATL. I'm to travel for anyone on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the South Fulton area of Atlanta. If you are the type of person who wants positive motivation, teach you how to feel confident in your movements and actually enjoy working out, come get trained by me. It's always a party and you will see results.
My favorite client story
My favorite client story is my client Consuela. When I first met her, she wasn't used to being in the gym and had no clue what to work on. She wanted to lose weight and gain confidence in the gym. We worked together for 6 months and even through my time on maternity leave, she still gave 110% went to the gym, and followed through the workouts I programmed for her. Although she had a very demanding job and could only go to the gym a few days out of the week and some weeks she would miss workouts. She still managed to lose about 20lbs. She lost inches, gained confidence, and was able for the first time to participate in a boot camp with confidence. She knows what to do when she goes to the gym and has a game plan. Her diet and nutrition have also changed and it is more a vegetarian diet. I am so proud of her progress and her confidence. She stands a lot taller now.
My favorite exercise
Barbell Sumo Deadlift!! A real confidence boost and attacks the whole posterior chain.
My favorite quote
“I’ve learned that making a living is not the same thing as making a life.” Maya Angelou
My training philosophy
You have to find a driving motivation to go the gym, whether it be a good podcast, book, playlist, or a killer confidence outfit. You will have days that you are tired and don't want to work out. Those days are important and those days count. They are the days that you will ultimately feel proud of yourself when you complete them.
My training experience
I trained my husband and my mother for the entire year during the pandemic to get my training experience off the ground. Then I trained at a community gym. It was family owned and I got to meet all my wonderful clients. I love to train women through all the different stages of life. I love to be there to help them through the changes in their body, be it pregnancy or menopause.
