Hello my name is Heather and I have been personal training since 2015. Fitness has always been a part of my journey in life but it involved after I graduated college where I use to run track. I eventually ventured into competing in body building competitions and eventually hung up my bikini after I placed top forth in Junior Nationals in 2019. My favorite style of training is Bootcamp and calisthenics. I also specialize in stretch, muscle building, weight loss, mobility, stability, endurance, athletic, and at home workouts. My clients are just like my family so I’m always their biggest cheerleader! I always say we reach the goals together because I’m with my clients every step of the way!
