About Heather

I am a mama to 6 kiddos, an artist, a teacher, and a dreamer. Like almost all femmes and pals in America, I have struggled with poor body image, busy schedules, and overwhelm at all the things. Movement has always been important to me to calm and quiet my very busy mind and to alleviate the chronic pain I often have due to Ehlers-Danlos, however, I always felt it was focused on one singular mission: to lose weight and look good in your swimsuit. I hated that and still do. I want to feel good...strong, confident, and badass. And I want that for you too. Exercise has the unique ability to make us feel sexy, capable, and ready to take on the world. The physical changes in appearance are a happy by-product but the true gem is in smiling and knowing we are active in our own self-care because we have found the joy in movement and have found what works for you. Are you ready to explore your own power? MY CREDENTIALS ACE CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER, 2021 YOGA ALLIANCE REGISTERED YOGA TEACHER, 2013 KIDDING AROUND YOGA CERTIFICATION, 2014 ACCESSIBLE YOGA CERTIFICATION, 2020 POSTPARTUM CORRECTIVE EXERCISE SPECIALIST, 2019 DONA TRAINED BIRTH DOULA, 2014 CERTIFIED POSTPARTUM DOULA, 2015 MASTER’S OF EDUCATION; TEACHING & LEARNING, 2015 BACHELOR’S OF ENGLISH, 2008
