Ace My specialties include weight loss, resistance training for muscle tone and strength, flexibility, cardiovascular training, core conditioning, yoga and mind body awareness. My workouts are safe, goal oriented, innovative, fun, challenging and energizing. Fitness is a science and an artform that is boundless in possibilities and opportunities. Whether in the comfort of your own home, the fitness center or the park, my workouts will always be full of variety and a reflection of my lifelong commitment to fitness. I have been professional trainer for 25 years and a lifelong athlete including basketball, football, skateboarding and boxing. Whether you are trying to reach sport-specific goals or reap general health benefits through exercise I am well versed and embrace the challenge. I am also a licensed massage therapist specializing in deep tissue, Swedish, neuromuscular therapy and my favorite Thai Yoga massage.
