As a retired athlete, what always worked for me with fitness and nutrition didn't work anymore a few years ago. After discovering a severe magnesium deficiency and hormone imbalance, I had to learn how to adjust my own nutrition and fitness program to accommodate and recover. The body can do amazing things with the right track to health! Let's discover yours today!
